Student Housing

Our student housing is located at The Tradition apartments and Seagate Condominiums in Carlsbad, CA, within a 2 mile radius from our Daybreak Church campus, and just minutes from the beach. Our gender-specific living spaces feature two and three bedroom configurations complete with full kitchens (stove, refrigerator, and microwave) and laundry rooms (washer and dryer) - see our What is Provided & What to Bring info for complete details. The complexes feature heated pools, jacuzzis, barbecue/picnic areas and fitness centers. As a requirement of DLC enrollment, each student lives in student housing and is paired with roommates in an apartment configuration for the duration of each program year.

Applications for Fall 2026 are closed. Applications for our 2027-28 program year will be opened September 1st.
