Our Approach
Daybreak Leadership College students participate in a two-pronged strategy for leadership development: (1) online and on-site education and degree completion, combined with (2) hands-on ministry training at Daybreak Church. This combination of knowledge and application is transformative, empowering each student to grow in who they are and what they are capable of doing, while being equipped to step into their future Christ-centered and with tangible skills and boldness.

Degree Options
DLC proudly partners with Life Pacific University (LPU) to offer students fully-accredited online degrees, via on-demand video courses, that are integrated into our hands-on immersive ministry training experience. LPU is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
AA - Biblical Studies
The Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies is a 2-year program that provides a foundational understanding of the Bible and the skills needed for effective ministry. See the details.

The Associate of Arts in General Studies is a 2-year program that provides marketable skills in written and oral communication, critical thinking, research, and quantitative reasoning. See the details.
BA - Ministry & Leadership
The Bachelor of Arts in Ministry & Leadership is a 4-year program that provides a deep biblical knowledge and practical skills for effective ministry and leadership. See the details.

The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management is a 4-year program that provides practical skills needed to be an effective leader in any organization, along with a strong biblical foundation. See the details.

The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is a 4-year program that provides a multidisciplinary perspective on human behavior and development with biblical integration, preparing students for careers in the helping professions. See the details.

Ministry Practicum
A distinctive part of the DLC experience is our ministry training program which consists of extensive hands-on ministry participation and development in specific Practicum contexts within a church faith community. Students aren’t just learning about ministry and leadership theoretically, or for some later date. They are living out their unique call, applying what they are being taught in real time each and every week.
