A big part of this Practicum is the administrative and communication side — managing service plans, coordinating with team members across multiple expressions, and creating or uploading chord charts and number charts each week. How do you feel about that kind of work? *

I actually enjoy that side of things — organization and follow-through come naturally to me I don't love admin work but I understand it's part of the role and I'm willing to grow in it Honestly this is a stretch for me — but I'm committed to developing it I'm not totally sure what this involves — I'd want to learn more

Weekly roles include: serving on Sunday morning 1st impressions teams, leading in the Young Adults dream team, facilitating announcements and service hosting, and participating in the planning of Women's and Men's ministry events.

This Practicum involves shepherding people relationally — hosting new attenders at Belong Brunch, serving in the welcome center, and having intentional 1:1 conversations. How does that land with you? *

This energizes me — I genuinely love meeting people and helping them find their place I can do this well — I'm not naturally extroverted but I care about people and I'm willing to grow Honestly this is a stretch for me — but I feel called to grow in this area I'm not totally sure what this involves — I'd want to learn more first
